Developed in 2018 with one home for 3 transitional aged youth, Festival City Adult Living Support Organization (FCALSO) has quickly become one of South Western Ontario's fastest growing Non-For profit providers of support for adults with developmental disabilities, now having 5 fully functional Adult Living homes all within the picturesque community of Stratford, Ontario.
Each home is supported and overseen daily by a House Coordinator, whose office is located within the home and staffing that provides 24 hour on the floor care and support.
Our Adult Living Homes provide support to individuals with a variety of dual diagnosis and challenges ensuring inclusion for all members of our society.
There is a place for everyone at Festival City Adult Living Support Organization.
Community means supporting people to establish their lives in the "community", as we know it. The community at large will have an opportunity for shared responsibility in the lives of people we support.
We involve a process of life planning with people on an individual basis;
To support, prepare and share a milieu that promotes social inclusive, individual choice, Meet physical, spiritual and psychological needs in order that the adults that we are employed by will realize a quality of life that is valued by society, is inclusive with society and make each day a better day for these adults.
To make every day a better day.
